From weekly afternoon tea, monthly birthday parties, quarterly team building activities (such as dinners, karaoke, and badminton), to annual company trips, and organizing events and preparing gifts for every important holiday, everything is full of ritual and team spirit (such as the Lantern Festival, Women's Day, World Book Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Christmas, and New Year's Day).

For this year's annual trip, we visited Xi'an, one of the most historically significant cities in China. Let's take a look together!

Walking through Xian’s ancient streets, we visited the historically significant Guangren Temple. The peaceful, harmonious atmosphere slowed our pace and allowed us to appreciate the meaningful moments we shared. At the same time, we also reflected on how to make better children's toys.

We visited the world-famous Terracotta Army, and were deeply impressed by its massive scale and exquisite detail. We realized that in the product development process, paying attention to details and durability is of vital importance.

The highlight of this trip was climbing Huashan, one of the most famous mountains in China. The steep cliffs and magnificent scenery tested both our physical endurance and mental resolve. Everyone encouraged each other and shared food until we all reached the top together.
Through this experience, we gained a stronger understanding of the importance of teamwork and perseverance in overcoming challenges - this is also the value of Cheertone: unity and collaboration, perseverance and integrity, and mutual benefit.

We also visited other cultural landmarks and immersed ourselves in this city rich in cultural heritage and modern vitality. These experiences sparked new inspirations for our products, leading to new discussions and ideas regarding product design, functionality, and user experience.

This trip was far more than a vacation. It was a meaningful opportunity for colleagues from different departments to relax, connect, share perspectives, and build stronger communication beyond the workplace.
